Cast Acrylic Rods

Our comprehensive line of clear cast acrylic rods come in diameters that range from .250 to 8.00 inches in diameter. Tight tolerances throughout the manufacturing process assure you of getting the highest quality rods in the industry. Our standard material is a clear ultraviolet transmitting acrylic, but colored rods are also available.

Stock small diameter (.250" to 2.000") rods come in standard lengths of 8 feet with larger diameters being shorter. Cut-to-length tubes can also be made to meet your exact specifications. Please consult the chart below for the dimensions on standard parts.

UVT is standard on all rod.

Ordering note: We will cut any diameter rod to any length that you need with an up charge. Custom diameter rod quoted on request. Our factory has a fully equipped machine shop with the capability of fabricating tubing and rod to your specifications. We cut to size, drill, mill, rout and many other operations.

Unpolished tubing and rod also quoted on request.
