We are creating a system to control distribution and re-issue of documents via our Intranet.

We are designing and implementing a corrective and preventative action system to prevent problems from re-occuring.

We are identifying training needs for most positions in the company.

We are obtaining and calibrating measurement and test equipment.

We are training our people in the operation of our quality system.

We are planning and conducting internal quality audits.

We are attending to the other requirements of the Standard that San Diego Plastics, Inc. does not now comply with.
